The top is made with end-grain wood, which means you can cut on it directly, no cutting board needed, and the knife will not leave scars. It is 100% food safe (yes, even for meat!)

Price will vary depending on size and wood type, but customers can expect to spend somewhere between $1200 – $2000 for six-inch thick butcher blocks. John will work with you to adjust the size, thickness and wood type to help you stay within budget.
