I’ve been making these elegant French style rolling pins for years. It’s a lovely shape, good heft, and fantastically useful in the kitchen. There’s a reason they’re one of our most popular products.
But this time I’ve made a very limited run out of drop-dead gorgeous cherry wood. Like maple (my usual rolling pin wood), cherry has a fine, hard grain. But these cherry pins will darken into a rich, warm red over time.
